Area student takes first at three levels for interviewing a veteran project

Student Jacob Plummer interviews veteran Norman Mathews as part of the VFW Auxiliary 1216's project to interview a veteran and write an essay about it. Not only did Plummer take first place locally, but he also took first place at the district and state levels.
